To access certain features (API key, usage statistics) you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. API Key Usage

  • API keys are issued for personal or commercial use within the rate limits defined in your account dashboard.
  • You must not share, sell, sublicense, or resell API access to third parties.
  • You must not use the API to build competing services that substantially replicate vidzza's core functionality.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits (e.g., via rotating accounts or automated key generation) is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Download, store, or redistribute copyright-protected content in violation of its licence.
  • Perform large-scale automated scraping beyond the intended tool functionality.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract non-public APIs from the Service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Collect personal data about other users of the Service.

5. YouTube API Compliance

vidzza uses the YouTube Data API. By using features that interact with YouTube content, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. vidzza is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and design elements of vidzza.com are the property of vidzza or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Use of the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vidzza and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have paid nothing).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you are located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a complaint to your local data protection authority.
